While the most obvious difference between other firms and ourselves is our award winning graphic designers, we strongly believe that a beautiful looking website isn't worth much if it can't convert visitors well and position itself to rank high in search engines. Our designs will give your company that credible first impression while maximizing your conversion rates and ranking for worthwhile keywords in Google. Our designers also never use templates- all our designs are made from scratch.

Another differentiator is our focus on strategy. We do not rush to the design phase; we enjoy giving our clients a bigger vision for what their website can do for their brand. We'll guide you through the process while making no assumptions. We also take pride in taking the time to coordinate online user testing groups to ensure the website's message, architecture, and design are the best they can be.

We use software platforms which allow you to easily manage your website content, and is highly extensible for when you grow. We have Internet Marketing talent who've made it big themselves, and know how to get websites popular. How much do you charge?

We don't have set "plans" since our solutions are very custom oriented. We do however have base pricing for different types of websites and feature add-ons. You can contact us to find these base prices and to request a proposal.

How long will it take?

Projects generally last anywhere from 30 to 120 days, depending on complexity. If you need a website sooner, and it isn't overly complex, we can usually accomodate and build a website in under a month.

 

Can you explain the design process?

We actually have a page dedicated to our design process.

 

Do you offer any guarantees?

We guarantee you'll love our designs. We generally satisfy our clients with the first design presentation, but if you're not, we'll gladly work on it until you're satisfied.  We also guarantee that your website will recieve increased visitors through ranking higher in search engines.

 

Once you build our website, can we make changes to it ourselves?

Absolutely. We train all of our clients how to use our Content Management System before the project closes. Also, updating your website requires no technical or programming knowledge- anyone can learn.

 

How much support will you provide?

We provide support with no additional fees before, during, and after your website is built. We will be available to make any minor adjustments to any part of the website free of charge during the first month following project completion. Any adjustments after this period will either be charged at our web maintenance hourly rate or be in the form of a change request order.
